The Rhinelanders are a Denver based band specializing in a wide variety of music including German polkas, schunkel waltzes as well as other beer drinking songs including of course... the chicken dance. This versatile band loves to play for dances and festivals. Their repertoire includes swing, rock, country, and a large spectrum of ballroom dance music including popular Latin dances such as Rhumbas, Tangos, Cha Chas, Sambas, Cumbias, Merengues, Mambos, and even a tarantella or two. This high energy group performs Elelctric slide, Achy Breaky, Alley Cat and Never on a Sunday and many other line dance tunes sure to keep you on the dance floor or just tapping your toes.
The Rhinelanders play for many Festivals, Oktoberfests and dances throughout the nation and ocassionally perform internationally. Recent performances include Las Vagas, Los Angeles, New Orleans,Vail and Beaver Creek, Colorado Springs and Albuqueque, NM.
